We offer free shipping above a minumum order amount in Indian Currency depending on the quantity and location of the ordered item.When you enter pin code or address field on checkout page,the applicable shipping charges will be shown in the order summary.

We try our best to deliver the product at your doorstep at the earliest possible well within 8-10 days of your order.In case of Jaipur,the product will be delivered well within 2 days of the order.However,in few cases we due to unavoidable circumstances,we may take little more time than our promised delivery time,in that case we will call/email the customer and inform them of the status of the product when it is in transit.In rare case when you have not recieved any communication from us you may call us at our customer care number +91-7065850985(10 am.-6 pm).Currently,there is no online mechanism to track the status of your order.

Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product

If your goods are damaged or one of any above condition,we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

• Replacement with the right product OR
• Exchange the product for an alternative of your choice of equal value OR
• Refund of the full amount paid by you.

In any of the above cases,contact must be made within 48 hours of reciept of the products by email:[email protected] notifying us of any damage to the product along with the pics of the product recieved.We will schedule return pick up of our product.Upon return,the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsiblity rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control.Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packing,an exchange/refund will be processed.

In case of incomplete product/items missing in the package,the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.
